Support Group

Six facilitated support sessions

The sessions are a facilitated group space where you can meet others who are estranged from a parent, child or sibling for six sessions over 12 weeks. There will be a reflective exercise led by the team followed by facilitated small groups to share with others your experience of living life as someone who is estranged and explore how you cope with this.

We ask for a commitment to attend all 6 sessions as we are looking to develop a level of trust between group members.

People have found these groups validate and offer a perspective to the estranged life - an experience they have been dealing with in isolation.

Tuesdays from 6-7.30 pm on Zoom.

Dates: 17 Sept, 1 Oct, 15 Oct, 29 Oct, 12 Nov, 26 Nov.
